Jeong AI ("Jeong AI," "we," "us," or "our") is an AI consulting and custom software solutions company operated by EBYG Media LLC, a Utah limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website at jeongai.com and to inquiries you send us. Where we build or operate software for a client, the handling of data inside that engagement is governed by our written agreement with that client, which controls if it differs from this policy.

Information you provide to us. When you contact us, request a consultation, or work with us, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the contents of your message or project materials.

Information collected automatically. Our website collects limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring pages. We use this to keep the site secure and understand how it is used. Our site uses only strictly necessary cookies and, if enabled, basic analytics cookies. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell advertising on our site.

Client engagement data. During a consulting or software engagement, clients may share business data with us so we can perform the work. We collect and use only the data needed for the scope of the engagement.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and our services are directed to businesses, not children.

• Our provider agreements prohibit the use of client data to train AI models. Information processed through these services is used only to perform the requested task.
• We apply data minimization: only the information needed for a specific task is sent to an AI service, and sensitive fields can be excluded or redacted at a client's request.
• Consequential actions in the automations we build (such as sending communications or changing records) are designed to require human review.

4. How We Share Information

We share personal information only with:

• Service providers that help us operate — such as cloud hosting, email, document storage, and the AI providers described above — under terms that protect your information and limit its use to providing services to us
• Professional advisors (such as accountants or attorneys) when reasonably necessary
• Legal authorities, when required by a valid subpoena, warrant, or other lawful process; where a client's data is involved, we will notify the client unless legally prohibited
• A successor entity, if EBYG Media LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — in which case this policy's commitments continue to apply to previously collected information

5. Data Security

We protect information using measures appropriate to our size and the sensitivity of the data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, full-disk encryption on company devices, multi-factor authentication on business accounts, and least-privilege access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable and current safeguards.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law. Client engagement data is deleted at the close of an engagement unless retention is agreed in writing or required by law. Inquiry records and business correspondence are retained for our legitimate business record-keeping.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy laws — including the Utah Consumer Privacy Act and, where applicable, the California Consumer Privacy Act — such as the right to:

If we process your data on behalf of a client (for example, inside software we built for them), please direct requests to that client; we will support them in fulfilling your request.
